Arthur Hayes, a prominent and often controversial figure in the cryptocurrency market, has made a notable bullish prediction for an altcoin. In a recent announcement shared on X, Hayes stated that the price of Ethereum (ENA) is expected to reach $1.
This forecast follows the news that USDe, a stablecoin linked to Ethereum, will be listed on South Korea's leading cryptocurrency exchanges, Upbit and Bithumb. Hayes has previously expressed positive sentiments about ENA, having made similar bullish statements in the past.
At the time of this report, ENA was trading at $0.24. It is worth noting that Hayes had previously sold his ENA holdings in November, with an average selling price of $0.27.
Hayes Acquires HYPE Token After Hiatus
In a separate development, onchain data has revealed that Hayes made a significant altcoin purchase today. After a three-month absence from the market for this particular asset, Hayes invested $499,000 in HYPE, the native token of the decentralized exchange Hyperliquid. This move is noteworthy as Hayes had, at one point, sold all of his HYPE holdings.
