Binance announced today that it will open trading pairs for Aster (ASTER) including ASTER/USDT, ASTER/USDC, and ASTER/TRY on its platform at 15:00. According to the announcement on the exchange’s website, users will be able to deposit ASTER starting from 12:00 today, with withdrawal options becoming available from 15:00 on October 7, 2025. Aster is a next‑generation decentralized perpetual futures exchange designed for everyone, and it is being listed with the “Seed” tag on Binance, highlighting the risk of high volatility.
Details of Binance’s ASTER Coin Listing
Following the schedule shared by Binance, the spot market will simultaneously enable three trading pairs for ASTER coin: USDT, USDC, and Turkish Lira (TRY). Starting from the listing time at 15:00, users can deposit ASTER onto the exchange and trade it in the spot market post‑listing. Withdrawals are slated to be activated on October 7 at 15:00.
In addition, Spot Algo Orders started operating at 07:30 today. Trading Bots and Spot Copy Trading will be activated within 24 hours following the listing. The inclusion of pairs in copy‑trading portfolios will be left to the user’s choice within the Personal Pair Preference section.
Transition from Alpha to Spot, Transfer, and Risk Framework
Currently traded on Binance Alpha, the ASTER coin will be removed from this platform once it is spot listed. Binance Alpha acts as a pre‑selection pool for evaluating projects before their spot listing, and ASTER coin trading will be discontinued on Alpha as soon as spot trading begins. However, users will still see their ASTER balances in their accounts and can transfer them to spot accounts for trading.
With the initiation of spot trading, support for transferring assets from Alpha to spot will be provided. Binance noted that ASTER coins will be automatically transferred from Alpha to spot within 24 hours. At the spot launch, Alpha Points for ASTER will no longer contribute to trading volume. The volume and visibility will shift to the spot market, consolidating early‑stage liquidity, price discovery, and user access in a single transaction layer.
