As of 12:00 AM KST on December 3, Bitcoin (BTC) was trading at 133.73 million KRW on South Korea’s Upbit exchange, up 3.52% from the previous day. On global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 131.22 million KRW, reflecting a price gap of 2.51 million KRW and a kimchi premium of 1.91%.
Altcoin Premiums Mirror Bitcoin's Trend
Ethereum (ETH), the leading altcoin, recorded a 1.98% kimchi premium. Other major altcoins also showed similar premiums, including Solana (SOL) at 2.05%, XRP (XRP) at 1.90%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 1.90%, and World Liberty Financial (WLFI) at 2.05%. Most top altcoins are currently trading with premiums in the 1.9% to 2.0% range.
