As of 12:00 AM KST on November 15, Bitcoin (BTC) was trading at 145.75 million KRW on South Korea’s Upbit exchange, down 3.67% from the previous day. On global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 140.02 million KRW, reflecting a price gap of 5.73 million KRW and a kimchi premium of 4.09%.

Altcoin Premiums

Ethereum (ETH), the leading altcoin, recorded a kimchi premium of 4.12%. Other major altcoins also showed similar premiums: Solana (SOL) at 4.09%, XRP (XRP) at 4.12%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 4.35%, and Shiba Inu (SHIB) at 4.18%. Most top altcoins are currently trading with a premium in the 4.0% to 4.3% range.
