1. GENERAL TERMS

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. Participants must have a public X (formerly Twitter) account with direct messages enabled.
2.2. Participants must complete all requirements as specified in the individual giveaway post.
3. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
3.1. Entry methods, duration, and specific requirements will be detailed in each individual giveaway post on our official social media accounts.
3.2. All entries must comply with the rules specified in the relevant social media post.
3.3. Participants may only enter using their own accounts (one account per participant) and may not use multiple accounts to increase their chances of winning.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
4.1. Winners will be selected by CoinMarketCap at its sole discretion based on relevant factors including but not limited to:
- •Creativity of submission
- •Adherence to entry requirements
- •Quality of engagement
4.2. Winners will be notified via direct message on X from our official verified account within 5 business days of the giveaway closing date.
4.3. Winners must respond to our direct message within 3 days of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in disqualification and our selection of an alternate winner.
4.4. Your X account must remain public and have direct messages enabled until winners are announced, and if you have received the winner notification, until you have received the prize, otherwise any reward will be forfeited.
4.5 All selections are final and non‑negotiable.
5. PRIZES
5.1. Prizes will be merchandise items as specified in individual giveaway posts.
5.2. Prizes have no cash value and are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5.3. CoinMarketCap reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
6. PRIZE DELIVERY
6.1. Prizes will be delivered within approximately 2 weeks of winner confirmation and provision of required shipping information, subject to any delays due to logistics problems, incorrect shipping information or issues beyond CoinMarketCap’s control.
6.2. Winners must provide accurate shipping information. CoinMarketCap is not responsible for prizes lost or undelivered due to incorrect information provided by winners.
6.3. Delivery is subject to shipping restrictions and may not be available to all locations.
7. CONTENT RIGHTS
7.1. By participating, participants consent to CoinMarketCap having the right to retweet, repost, share, or otherwise use the submitted entries at any time.
7.2. Participants grant CoinMarketCap a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use their submissions for promotional purposes.
8. DISQUALIFICATION
8.1. CoinMarketCap reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify participants without notice for:
- •Dishonest behavior or attempting to manipulate the giveaway
- •Violation of platform terms of service
- •Failure to comply with these Terms
- •Inappropriate or offensive content
8.2. Disqualified participants forfeit any right to prizes.
9. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

9.2. All participants shall be bound by such amendments or modifications.
10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS
10.1. Prizes are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
10.2. CoinMarketCap is not responsible for:
- •Technical failures or platform outages
- •Lost, late, or misdirected entries
- •Unauthorized access to or alteration of entries
- •Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from any participation, content, selection or prize
10.3 Giveaways are conducted for community engagement and informational purposes only. No participation, entry or content (whether selected or not) shall be construed as an endorsement by CoinMarketCap, or as any financial or investment advice or solicitation.
11. PRIVACY
11.1. Personal information collected will be used solely for giveaway administration and prize delivery.

12. GENERAL PROVISIONS
12.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between participants and CoinMarketCap regarding giveaways.
12.2. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of these Terms shall remain in effect.
