According to EY, 86% of institutional investors already have or plan to gain exposure to digital assets in 2025, with over a third (35%) exploring staking as a source of yield. All staking transactions remain authorized within the custody environment, inheriting the same governance rules, whitelists, and security controls already in place. This approach ensures that all assets remain fully under the client’s and their custody control, in full alignment with established custody policies throughout the staking process.
