A passionate technologist, entrepreneur, educator, and researcher, Dr Chang brings a wealth of experience to 0G Foundation, where he will champion the use of DeAI as a public good. His extensive business and public sector connections around the world make him primely positioned to advance real‑world adoption of artificial intelligence that is decentralized and transparent.

Prior to joining 0G Foundation, Dr Chang served as CEO of Heritage Singapore, where he helped drive innovation in the museum and heritage sector through overseeing immersive cultural experiences. These included flagship events such as the Singapore Heritage Festival and the Singapore Night Festival, which attract millions of visitors annually.
Previously, Dr Chang served as CEO of Fintopia Indonesia, Southeast Asia’s largest micro‑lending fintech platform, empowering millions of underbanked and unbanked individuals, while concurrently serving as Chief Strategy Officer for Fintopia’s global operations. His career also includes leadership roles at Shopify, Google for Education’s Next Billion Users initiative, and Singapore Management University’s Lien Centre for Social Innovation.
In his new role as Director of 0G Foundation, Dr Chang will draw upon his entrepreneurial experience and global network, with a particular focus on advancing AI education. The author of “Personal Branding: Crafting Your Path to Success,” Dr Chang retains close ties with global business networks and academia as well as contacts that include Y‑Combinator and 500 Startups, where he has advised global startups spanning diverse sectors.
The Harvard and Stanford graduate, who subsequently earned his doctorate in entrepreneurship education and policy from the University of Pennsylvania, will play a pivotal role in expanding the opportunities available to students, developers, and startups seeking to leverage 0G’s open‑source stack to create AI‑powered solutions that have a positive real‑world impact.
His appointment follows the announcement of 0G’s Aristotle Mainnet launch, which goes live with support from a broad coalition of validators, DeFi protocols, and developer platforms. Dr Chang’s mandate will ensure that 0G realizes its goal of fostering an AI‑native economy that is open and accessible to all.
