The Global Markets Alliance, launched by Ondo Finance earlier this year, brings together exchanges, wallets, custodians, and blockchain networks to align on shared standards for tokenized securities. This alignment covers technical interoperability, custody frameworks, and regulatory best practices.
Members of the alliance include major entities such as Coingecko, CoinMarketCap, Chainlink, Bitget, 1Inch, Morpho, and Zodia Custody, among others. Collectively, these organizations aim to bridge traditional finance and decentralized markets.
PancakeSwap’s Role Within the Alliance
While specific details regarding PancakeSwap’s exact role within the alliance have not yet been disclosed, its involvement is expected to be significant. Another DEX within the alliance, 1inch, is contributing by integrating its swap aggregation and routing infrastructure to facilitate efficient trading and pricing of tokenized RWAs.
